Introduction
The Adults in Scouting Branch is committed to coordinate the Scout Association of Hong Kong Adults in Scouting Policy to enhance the qualities of adult members at all levels by recruiting leaders and providing them with effective support and management, which leads to better programmes and training for Youth Members and for fulfilling the Mission of Scouting. The Branch also provides specialised training including externally accredited/recognised programmes for scout members and the wider community.

Adult Resources
Based on the Adults in Scouting Policy, the Branch strives to implement different projects and assisting Adult Members in performing their roles and functions more effectively. Establishing the action plan in the areas of (1) Recruitment, (2) Support and Performance Management during the Appointment Period, (3) Involvement in the Future, etc. To cater the changes in the society and the needs of Adult Members, Adults in Scouting Branch is responsible for review the captioned policy periodically.
Leader Recruitment
Hong Kong residents aged 18 or above are welcome to join us as leaders to develop young people to become good citizens. “New Leaders Matching Scheme” arranges workshop to introduce basic information of the Scout Movement followed by matching of Scout groups. Interested individuals may submit the New Leader Application Form.
Leadership Training Institute
The main role of Leadership Training Institute is to develop and provide quality training and education programmes through the Scout Method to enhance the leadership competency of scout members and other interested persons and to foster our youths to be responsible citizens for the betterment of society. LTI also serves as a linkage between the Scout Association and the society: it doesn’t only promote Scout Movement to the general public but also introduce community resources and professional knowledge for the development of the Movement as well as enhancing the public recognition of Scout Training.
Wong Siu Sang Leadership Training Centre
Wong Siu Sang Leadership Training Centre located at Kai Kung with various facilities like challenge course, climbing wall, canoe etc.
First Aid
To organizing first aid training courses and providing first aid service, so as to foster youth members and leaders to serve the community.
Recognized by Commissioner for Labour under the provision of Occupational Safety & Health Regulation (Chapter 509A) since 2011, our Association is one of the organizations recognized by HKSAR Government to offer First Aid Certificate Course. AIS Branch offers diverse first aid courses for youth members and leaders including First Aid Certificate Course, Refresher Training for First Aid Certificate Course, AED Certificate Course, Scout Section First Aid Badge Training Course, etc.
Established in 2000, our Scout First Aid Team enables around 100 members to put theory into practice and provide first aid service to not only the Scout activities but also the large-scale events organized by government departments and other NGOs.
